Cutcliffe Announces Captains for Virginia Matchup

At Tuesday’s weekly press conference, head coach David Cutcliffe announced the the team’s captains for the week for the upcoming game against Virginia. Duke will face off against the Cavaliers in Charlottesville, Va. at 3:30 on Saturday:

Jackson Released from Team

Junior running back Tony Jackson has been dismissed from David Cutcliffe’s squad for “failing to uphold the standard of conduct” of a Blue Devil student-athlete. Jackson is the second player to be released from the team this summer, following the departure of fifth-year senior Zack Asack.

Boyette Officially Out For Season
