The Twitterati Hunt For a Win

by Ben Cohen on March 2, 2009

Maybe it was the rain, maybe it was the weekend, but for some reason, the Twitterati weren’t so active during Duke’s 72-65 win over Virginia Tech Saturday. Then again, it’s Virginia Tech and not Maryland or North Carolina. The best of the best:

For what it’s worth, Gerald Henderson and Mike Krzyzewski seemed equally baffled by [...]

The Twittersphere has erupted with users in the last two weeks, but it truly exploded Wednesday night when Gerald Henderson decided he wanted to reprise his recurring role on SportsCenter’s top plays. Search “Henderson” on Twitter, and you’ll see at least two pages of lauding Tweets, with descriptions of the junior’s dunk ranging from “redonkulous” [...]

The Twitterati’s Prayers Are Answered

by Ben Cohen on February 23, 2009

Good thing Hirsh is a medical student at Duke. If the Blue Devils make him sicker, maybe [...]

Duke and UNC were Twitter trends all game long, and if you don’t know what that means, don’t worry—we don’t really, either. But we do know how to parse through a few pages of Tweets and pick out some of our favorites!

That’s fair, Katy, but it would be nice to enhance that experience with a [...]
